Doing the work mostly by himself, Ryan, a plumber for Lapin Services, was doing a great job. Perfection, some would say. The new plumbing being installed looked clean and neat. The work site and its surroundings were also being kept neat exactly what you would expect from the #1 Orlando plumbing company.
The “tie-ins” for the water heater and jacuzzi tub were done. The showers and sinks were being plumbed. All new drains, and two vanities and a toilet were being installed. “It’s a complete bathroom remodel. And the inspections passed on the first try,” Ryan said with jubilance. The work is nearing completion. A job of perfection!

Jessica created a note for a different customer in the computer’s Electronic Service System. She inserted, “The customer states that she has water overflowing from toilets as well as a sink.” Jessica also notated that the customer should not need a pump out this quick because one was done late last year. Lapin Services was informed to check if, in fact, a pump out is needed as well as check for any clogged lines. She said, “The functionality of the septic system itself is to be checked. And, don’t forget the pictures!”
When the tech arrived at the home, he hopped out of the truck. He began to scope out various locations in the yard searching for signs of problems. Well, the tech did find a problem, an unusual problem!
The first tool the tech had to use on this job was a long broken tree branch. He grabbed the branch from the ground and used it to intimidate the twisting and oscillating snake from the intended work area. Another excellent job begun!
Whether the need is to grind the cement, or to remove the slithering snakes, nothing will impede the plumbers and technicians at Lapin Services from doing a great job!
