Overall very satisfied in the end. The service technician that originally came out left a large mess of mud and torn up grass over the tank opening. We called to register a complaint and the following day two other technicians came out and corrected the problem beautifully! Many thanks! I found this company very unprofessional. On the day our appointment was supposed to take place, they called an hour after the scheduled time to let me know they wouldn't be coming, as they didn't realize our home was outside their area. The appointment had been set for a week and confirmed via their text process. I took the day off work so that someone would be at the house. It was beyond infuriating, as I will now need to find another company and take off an additional day of work because this company couldn't do their due diligence ahead of time.
