Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have had several companies come to look at my septic tank but nobody was as open and easy to work with as Lapin. I had companies hide expenses in quotes they handed out. Not these guys! They show you everything up front!Gary worked with me constantly to get the lowest price available by working to meet competitor prices while ensuring he accounted for everything we may need so there were no surprises down the road. No hiccups. The process was smooth. I never felt taken advantage of or taken for granted. He’s extremely professional.Robert, the representative evaluating the rework process, came by and showed me how the company was going to meet the o he gives Gary and I discussed. He was personable and extremely knowledgeable in his craft. He worked to further my understanding of the process and made sure everything was ready for the day of construction. It went off without a hitch.Mike and TK showed up on time the day the work was to get done. Throughout the day, they stopped to explain anything I wanted to know. They worked quickly and efficiently to get what was suspected a two-day job done in one day. When it was finished, my yard looked clean and I could’ve had a party in the back yard that night. Everything functioned just like you would expect it to.The level of communication, quality of work, and competitive pricing was unmatched. If you need a new drain field or new tank, or any kind of plumbing work, I’d call these guys again. Don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed!! I know I wasn’t!!

Overall very satisfied in the end. The service technician that originally came out left a large mess of mud and torn up grass over the tank opening. We called to register a complaint and the following day two other technicians came out and corrected the problem beautifully! Many thanks! Please understand I don’t mean any negativity to the first man. He had 5 houses on my block to pump that morning and was working very hard, I’m sure. Lapin is the only septic provider I will use or recommend. I had numerous others come out over the years with various scare tactics to get me to replace an entire system. Last year, Carlos calmed my nerves and said it wasn’t as dire as the others said. He and his team were very deliberate with their assessment and bought us more time to decide on longer term options. We recently had the tank drained by Mr. Marvin Davis and like everyone else I’ve dealt with he was a total profession. Manny in the office is very knowledgeable as well in helping to determine what work we need to do as was the case last year when I had them install risers. 5 stars, these folks are legitimately local, highly professional and care about long term reputation so you’re not going to get bamboozled.
