From my first meeting with Project Manager Carlos Labrador, to the actual excavation of my old system and the installation of the new one, Lapin Services provided excellent customer service. Carlos was always accessible and fully explained the process and options.Once the job started Wilmer Medina and Robert (sorry I missed getting your last name) worked efficiently and took care to save plantings bordering the area. You could tell they took pride in a job well done. They fully cleaned up, even making sure the adjacent neighbor’s stepping stones were swept and left as found. No one wants to deal with a septic tank issue, but if you have to, these guys are the best.

What a great experience thanks to Nate and Elton! My neighbor recommended Lapin. I went to their site and was able to book appointment right online. Elton and Nate showed up right on time and were just awesome. They were friendly and so well-versed. Knew exactly what they were talking about. They walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions and were just so friendly and helpful. Not condescending, not annoyed by my million questions. We had not had our septic tank pumped, ever... I was nervous. Elton and Nate gave us a rundown of our options should things go awry and provided estimate on the spot. Afterward they explained different ways to deal with possible issues in drain field. We were so grateful for these two and the company they serve. Will definitely use them again to flush out drain field.
