Septic pump failed late Thursday afternoon 3 July. After calling other septic services and being placed on hold for over 30 minutes I looked up other providers and settled on Lapin Services. I requested an appointment online and within 15 minutes a representative called to confirm an appointment for Monday 6 July between 0800 - 1200At 9:15 I received a text that the service rep, Andrew Cessna, was on his way.Andrew arrived before 9:30 and after a brief discussion about what was happening Andrew began working and investigating what was happening and why the pump was shorting out. He removed the pump, tested and explained what was happening. Andrew gave me an estimate to replace the pump and once I approved the work he replaced the pump and associated pump floats.Andrew was professional and worked efficiently replacing the pump, testing to verify full operation and cleaned up the site very well
