The massive flooding from Hurricane Ian caused my septic pump tank to collapse and filled my drain field with sand/dirt. I contacted a few different septic companies to diagnose the issue and quote me for replacement/repair. Carlos Labrador at Lapin was the most helpful and honest person I spoke to regarding the issue. He offered advice and even came by on his day off to assess the situation and help me choose a replacement system. Despite being very busy, and me having so many questions, Carlos was always patient and willing to help. My decision to choose Lapin was most influenced by my interactions with Carlos. Very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. As a bonus, the price quoted by Carlos was less than I expected.
When Carlos visited my home he saw that I had many exotic animals housed in enclosures outdoors, so he made sure to notify the installation team that accommodations would need to be made to ensure the animal enclosures were not disturbed. The installation team, lead by Robert Consider, worked carefully to avoid dirt touching any of the enclosures. I was amazed with how carefully they maneuvered the heavy machinery! They were very respectful of my property and the animal enclosures. Great job!

Lapin saved the day- two WONDERFUL men came out September 28. - the day the hurricane was going to come- and pumped out my septic tank. It was raining and they were so informative and happy. $$ Tip these workers $$ - they deserve it!

Andres with Lapin Services came out to our home today and did a routine spetic tank pump out. He was kind and very professional, Lapin had replaced our failing Drain Field 5 years ago. My home is 31 years old and had the polybutylene (grey pipe) water lines. I needed them replaced (repipe) before they started leaking. I had checked with several plumbers and NONE of them came close to the EXCELLENT price quote from Lapin Services. I also had a clothes washer water line and drain installed. The plumbing manager, Matt Shea was very good about timely communication. The work team, lead by Nathan, went above and beyond in accommodating my requests.

I highly recommend Lapin for all of your plumbing needs. I’ve used the service for my catering business for over 10 years and recently had them fix and replace the cast iron pipes in my historic home. I had roots growing into the pipes. They did an amazing job and also diagnosed a problem with the main water line which would have caused major damage to the house if not fixed. This is a business you can trust to do the job right at the proper price.

It's never fun to have your septic tank pumped...but Jason and Pat were so nice and efficient! Showed up on time, got it done, made me laugh and I am set for another 7 years! I will be calling again thanks to these guys!

Darrel, Marcus, & Joey installed 2 large underground grease traps for a kitchen build out. They were great! Fast, smart and super helpful. They really saved the day a couple times when other crews weren't prepared they stepped in and helped get the overall job done! I'd highly recommend them!
